Refund Policy

FurryStyle.com Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase you may return it for a store credit or exchange. We will, based on your preference, either replace the item free of charge (for defective products) or provide store credit in the amount of your original purchase(excluding shipping fees).

Please note that we can refund shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error.

All products must be in their original packaging and completely sealed when returned to us.

Non Returnable Items:

  • Sex Toys (opened or used)
    • Due to the personal nature and obvious health, safety and legal concerns, we are unable to accept returns of this type.
  • Condoms / Lubricants / Clothing
    • Due to the personal nature and obvious health, safety and legal concerns, we are unable to accept returns of this type.

Defective Products

  • Sex Toys
    • If defective we will exchange the item for the same product only. In the event that a product is no longer available we will exchange the defective product with an item of equal value or provide you with a store credit so you can purchase whatever you like.
  • Clothing (defects only)

 

Requesting an authorized Return
To inquire about returning a product, contact us at rmareturns.AT.furrystyle.com or our online form and provide your name, order # and a brief description of the problem with your product.

You must receive an RMA# (Returned Materials Authorization) prior to returning ANY products.
We require this so we can effectively track defective products, returns, and to apply proper credits and refunds.

Once we have processed your return we will send you complete instructions with an Authorized RMA# via email on how to return your products. You should receive the RMA# within 24 hours, if you do not please feel free to send us an email or call us at 1-866-469-4339. 

Please be aware that:

We cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package.

Store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured for the original cost of the product. In the case of credit card refunds it may take up to a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement but typically within 3-5 days. We do not resell or give away the products that have be returned to us.

Returning and Shipping and Authorized Return

Once we have issued you an RMA# (Returned Materials Authorization)

Authorized Return Instructions:
1 - Please include the Authorized RMA# your received via email on the outside of the package.
2 - Enclose a copy or the original packing slip in the box used for shipping
3 - Wrap the package securely so it will not be damaged in the shipping process, if you are unsure please ask us for help.
3 - For your protection properly insure the returned products for their original amounts.
(you will find the $ amount on the original invoice and the RMA Authorization Email)

Lost Products
Furrystyle.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier.

In the event of an undeliverable shipment, furrystyle.com will refund the credit card for the amount of the product purchased only. Shipping charges will still apply and can not be refunded.
